I have created a small family-run business, where my Mum and I plan and design moccasins for babies and toddlers. Even though I have been working as an economist in fashion and retail sector, I never imagined in my wildest dreams, that one day I would be designing shoes for tiny little feet.
I have always loved fashion, stylish, comfortable clothes and accessories, people who have their own stamp on clothes, of course little people are no exception. Through many challenges, I have found no suitable range of shoes for my little one, Alon, the kind of shoes which keep his foot secure, comfortable but at the same time fashionable.
The basis of the idea was born out of the internationally already popular shoe type, moccasin. My first ever prototype was such a success amongst my friends and fellow mothers that the feedback encouraged me to start Mini Mocca and create something truly special and unique for young children.
My Mum’s expert skills and my husband’s supportive approach helped me to bring Mini Mocca into existence. Of course, my main inspiration is my son, Alon. He is the one who helps me daily to dream up different styles of these fantastic little shoes.
